Kihumulo Grace Patrick, is the Founder and Managing Director of Grick International Management Institute (GIMI) Ltd, providing strategic leadership in management consulting, procurement and supply chain management, organizational development, governance, and institutional capacity building. With over 15 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, he has partnered with governments, development partners, higher education institutions, and private sector organizations to strengthen institutional performance and deliver sustainable results.
As a strategic management consultant and procurement professional, Patrick has led high-impact assignments in procurement transformation, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance, policy development, project management, and organizational performance improvement. He has advised leading institutions, including the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA), Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), Higher Education Council (HEC), Institute of Procurement Professionals in Rwanda (IPPR), GIZ Rwanda, AGRA Rwanda, and Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions, alongside numerous universities and public institutions.
His expertise includes developing procurement strategies, competency frameworks, professional certification programmes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) systems, institutional policies, and governance frameworks aligned with national requirements and international best practices. He has successfully advised executive leadership, managed multidisciplinary consulting teams, and delivered strategic assignments that enhance institutional effectiveness, strengthen procurement governance, and promote professional excellence.
